**About the role**
This is a senior, partner-level position within the firm’s highly esteemed Commercial team, ranked Tier 1 by the Legal 500. You will be pivotal in advising on a broad spectrum of commercial law matters including IT & E-Commerce contracts, software licensing, data protection, IP rights, franchising, joint ventures, and commercial agreements.
Your role as Commercial Partner will involve leading client relationships, supervising junior team members, and actively promoting the firm’s commercial services.
**The ideal candidate**
The successful candidate will have proven experience at a recognised regional or national firm, with strong technical knowledge across all areas of commercial law.
You will possess a solid network of regional contacts, preferably with experience working with SME and OMB clients.
A client-following is advantageous but not essential.
Ideally you will have at least 7 years PQE as a Solicitor, and currently be at Partner level, or Senior Associate looking for the next step in your Commercial career.
