Sacco Mann is working with a leading firm who are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join a growing team in Skipton or Silsden.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion, while building strong relationships with clients and working closely with colleagues across the firm.
Your work will include:

- Commercial sales and acquisitions
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals
- Agricultural property
- Option agreements and conditional contracts
- Property finance, overage, and development matters
- Supporting documentation related to commercial transactions
About You

- Qualified Chartered Legal Executive with experience in commercial property
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, supportive team
