About the Firm

Sacco Mann is recruiting for a highly respected national law firm looking to expand its Commercial Property team with the addition of a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. The successful candidate will become part of a nationally recognised Real Estate team, working closely alongside specialists across a range of sectors while gaining exposure to high-quality Commercial Property and Charity Property matters.

The Role

The successful candidate will handle a varied Commercial Property caseload with a particular focus on Charity Property work.

The role will involve:

  • Managing a range of Commercial Property transactions

  • Advising charity and public sector clients on property matters

  • Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, and general property work

  • Supporting senior colleagues on more complex transactions where required

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Attending networking and business development activities

  • Working collaboratively across the wider Real Estate team

This opportunity offers strong exposure to quality work alongside excellent support and development from an experienced and highly regarded team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitors

  • Chartered Legal Executives

Candidates should ideally have:

  • Previous experience within Commercial Property

  • The ability to manage straightforward transactions independently

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A collaborative and proactive approach to work

  • Strong IT and case management skills

Experience working with charity or public sector clients would be advantageous but is not essential.
