About the Firm
Sacco Mann is recruiting for a highly respected national law firm looking to expand its Commercial Property team with the addition of a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. The successful candidate will become part of a nationally recognised Real Estate team, working closely alongside specialists across a range of sectors while gaining exposure to high-quality Commercial Property and Charity Property matters.

The Role
The successful candidate will handle a varied Commercial Property caseload with a particular focus on Charity Property work.
The role will involve:

Managing a range of Commercial Property transactions

Advising charity and public sector clients on property matters

Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, and general property work

Supporting senior colleagues on more complex transactions where required

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Attending networking and business development activities
-
Working collaboratively across the wider Real Estate team

Previous experience within Commercial Property

The ability to manage straightforward transactions independently

Experience working with charity or public sector clients would be advantageous but is not essential.
