The opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Chartered Legal Executive looking to progress their career within an established and supportive Real Estate Team.
The role will involve Commercial Property work within the firm's Charity Property Team, supporting its highly regarded national Charity practice. You will work on a varied caseload and have the opportunity to develop specialist knowledge within an interesting and rewarding area of property law.
You will be expected to manage more straightforward transactions with minimal supervision, with guidance available from senior members of the Commercial Property Team on more complex matters.
The role is based in Leeds and offers flexible hybrid working, with typically three days working from home and two days in the office.
The ideal candidate
You will be a qualified Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Property, ideally with a background in Commercial Property.
The team would also consider a qualified Chartered Legal Executive currently working in residential conveyancing who is keen to move into Commercial Property, provided you have the right skills, attitude and enthusiasm to develop in this area.
You will ideally have:
- Experience of working in Property, whether Commercial or Residential
- The ability to work with minimal supervision on straightforward transactions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive approach and the ability to hit the ground running
