As a key member of the leadership group, you will oversee and grow the commercial property function while managing a high-quality caseload of complex, high-value commercial property transactions. You will work closely with major clients across the region, providing expert legal advice, delivering commercial solutions, and developing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and grow the Commercial Property team

About You
- Extensive experience in Commercial Property law, ideally at Partner level
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and develop a team
- Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
- Proven success in managing and expanding client relationships
- Confident handling complex and high-value work
- Qualified Solicitor or equivalent legal professional qualification
