The Role
As a Commercial Property Partner, you will lead on a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions while helping to drive the future growth of the department. The team advises a wide range of clients, including developers, investors, lenders, businesses, landowners, occupiers, and other property stakeholders.
This Commercial Property Partner role offers a genuine platform to develop your profile, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the success of a well-established and forward-thinking practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, developments, secured lending transactions, commercial leases, and related property issues.
- Acting for a broad spectrum of commercial clients across a variety of sectors.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior lawyers.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the wider business to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Contributing to the strategic growth and success of the property offering.
About You
You will be:
- A qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Commercial Property with around 10 years+ PQE
- Operating at Partner level or ready to step into a senior leadership role.
- Able to demonstrate a strong professional network and proven business development capability.
- Experienced in managing complex commercial property transactions independently.
- Commercially minded, client-focused, and solutions-driven.
- Passionate about leading, mentoring, and developing others.
