An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing law firm in Manchester.
This role offers a genuine opportunity for an established Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate with at least 6 years' PQE to take the next step in their career within a successful and expanding Real Estate practice.
The Opportunity
You will advise a broad range of clients on high-quality commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant work
- Development projects
- Investment transactions
- Asset and portfolio management
- Real estate finance matters
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play an active role in developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with 6+ years' PQE who can demonstrate:
- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Experience handling transactions with minimal supervision
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- A commercial and proactive approach to business development
- The ambition to progress and build a successful practice
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
Candidates currently operating at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level are encouraged to apply.
Whilst a client following would be advantageous, it is not essential for candidates who can demonstrate strong business development skills and a desire to grow their practice.
