Legal 500 ranked law firm in the heart of Birmingham City Centre are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.
Our client is a Commercial specialist, boutique legal practice that is looking for someone to join their supportive and established Commercial Property team as well as provide further support to the Corporate team on joint projects.
Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be working on your own caseload from inception to completion on:
- Sales and purchases of leasehold/freehold premises
- Landlord and tenant matters'
- Acquisition and sale of property for development
- Corporate support for mergers and re-organisations
The successful candidate for this Commercial Property Solicitor role will ideally have at least 5+ years' PQE, is able to organise their time well, is able to support more junior members of the team when necessary, has excellent client care skills and is confident in their own ability.
