Commercial Property Solicitor - Lincoln (Hybrid Working)
A highly regarded and commercially focused law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its well-established team based in Lincoln.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected and growing department known for its strong client relationships, technical expertise, and involvement in high-quality regional work across development, investment, and commercial portfolios.
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, leases, and investment transactions.
The role will involve acting for a broad client base including developers, investors, lenders, and business owners, providing clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused advice.
You will work closely with colleagues across multiple offices, contributing to integrated client solutions and the continued development of long-term client relationships. There will also be the opportunity to support junior members of the team and contribute to ongoing service improvements.

About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong experience managing a varied commercial property caseload independently
- Confident handling acquisitions and disposals, leases, landlord & tenant matters, and development work
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice
