A well-established and highly regarded Top 200 UK law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Chelmsford. The Role
You will join a dynamic Commercial Property team, working on a wide range of high-quality matters. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload while also supporting on more complex transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord & tenant work
- Drafting and negotiating contracts and related documentation
- Conducting title checks and reporting to clients
- Handling searches and progressing transactions through to completion
- Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients
- Supporting senior lawyers on more complex transactions
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ PQE (opportunities available up to Legal Director level)
- Strong experience in Commercial Property law
- Ability to manage transactions independently
- Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills
- Keen to progress within a supportive and growing team
