The Role
You’ll be joining a small and collaborative Commercial Property team based in Telford.
Your work will include managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, while also supporting senior lawyers on more complex transactions and development projects.
You’ll advise on a range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, leases, and general asset management. There will also be opportunities to get involved in development work and site acquisitions.
You’ll work closely with clients, building strong relationships and delivering clear, commercially focused advice tailored to their needs.
