A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Warrington.

The Role
You will handle a varied caseload including:
- Sale and purchase of commercial property
- Sale of business assets
- Auction property transactions
- Secured lending, mortgages and remortgages
- Landlord & Tenant matters
- Lease renewals and licences
- Pension scheme and in specie transactions
- Land Registry applications and adverse possession matters
- Section 25 notices
- Acting on behalf of management companies
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of real estate matters
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Commercially minded with strong client care skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
