An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm based in Altrincham.
This role is ideal for a 2–5 PQE Commercial Property Lawyer looking to progress their career within a supportive and growing Real Estate team handling a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters.

The Role
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of matters including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant work
- Commercial leases
- Development transactions
- Portfolio management
- Real estate finance support
- General commercial property matters
You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior lawyers whilst also developing your own client relationships and managing transactions with increasing autonomy.
About You
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 2–5 years’ PQE and solid experience within Commercial Property / Real Estate.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong technical Commercial Property knowledge
- Experience handling a varied caseload of transactions
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
