An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2–6 years PQE) to join a highly regarded and well-established law firm in Darlington.

The team regularly acts on transactions alongside some of the largest law firms in Newcastle, providing exposure to sophisticated matters typically associated with larger city practices, while maintaining a supportive and balanced working environment.

The role will involve advising on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development work. You will work closely with an exceptionally well-respected Partner who is recognised for their technical expertise and strong reputation within the commercial property market.
