About the role
The firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their West Bridgford team. In this role, you will handle a varied caseload that includes sales, purchases, leases, buy-to-let transactions, and development re-financing. You will manage your own cases from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of client service and legal excellence. You will also work alongside a junior Solicitor, supporting them with their development.
The ideal candidate
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial property law, holding a qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
