A well-established, Legal 500 ranked law firm based in Oldham is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with around 3 years’ PQE who is looking to join a supportive team, manage a varied caseload and continue developing their career within a highly regarded regional practice.
Key Responsibilities
Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, acting for a variety of clients including businesses, investors and developers. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and providing high-quality, commercially focused advice.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from inception through to completion

Handling matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, lease renewals, landlord and tenant matters and property development work

Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, including leases, agreements and contracts
-
Advising clients on property-related matters and providing practical commercial solutions

Liaising with clients, agents and other stakeholders throughout transactions

Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where required
The Successful Candidate will have:

Around 3 years’ previous experience within Commercial Property

Experience managing a caseload of commercial property transactions independently

Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

Excellent communication and client management skills

A proactive and commercial approach to legal work
