The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on a broad range of commercial property transactions
- Handling acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and lease negotiations
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property documentation
- Advising a diverse client base including businesses, developers, landlords, and investors
- Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the Commercial Property team

Key Responsibilities
- Running a commercial property caseload independently
- Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property-related matters
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and associated documentation
- Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
- Maintaining high standards of client care and communication
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Contributing to business development and departmental growth
About You
The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially aware, and ready to make an impact. You will have:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property law
- Proven experience managing your own commercial property caseload
- Strong technical knowledge across commercial property transactions
