Due to continued growth and an increasing volume of high-quality instructions, our client is looking to expand their Commercial Property team.
Opportunities are available for Newly Qualified Solicitors through to 5 years' PQE, as well as a senior Commercial Property Solicitor to help establish and grow the firm's new Wrexham office, opening in September.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving legal practice with a strong reputation across North Wales. The team continues to receive more work each week, creating genuine scope for ambitious Commercial Property lawyers to build their careers without needing to generate work from day one. Equally, for those who enjoy business development, there is significant untapped potential to develop new client relationships and grow the Commercial Property offering across the region.
The Opportunity
You will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, advising a varied client base across acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development matters, and commercial property transactions.
Whether you are looking to develop your technical expertise as a junior solicitor or take the lead in growing a regional offering as a senior lawyer, there is genuine flexibility to shape the role around your experience and ambitions.
This role will be working with a market-leading Commercial Property Partner, having worked at an international City law firm, before moving to this North Wales based firm.
The team have built a highly successful practice with an excellent quality of work and lifestyle. The firm would particularly welcome conversations with experienced Commercial Property lawyers currently working in larger city or national firms who are considering a similar move.
