About the role
This role involves handling a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, working closely with both clients and the wider team to deliver pragmatic legal advice and exceptional service. The firm encourages a balanced workload with opportunities to specialise further and participate in developing the firm's presence in the market. Matters will include acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, property finance, and rural and agricultural matters.
The ideal candidate
- 2+ years PQE or equivalent, with solid experience in commercial property
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good understanding of rural and agricultural property matters (desirable)
- Motivated, proactive, and keen to contribute to a collaborative team environment
