About the role
- Management of an established commercial property caseload, acting for a diverse range of property clients.
- Involvement in marketing initiatives and business development, supporting the growth of the commercial property team and firm.
- Preparation of legal documentation, negotiations, and contract drafting to a high standard.
- Work with local and national clients, including large-scale developers, investors, and financial institutions.
The role offers exposure to substantial transactions without the intense pressures typically associated with larger city firms. The firm encourages flexibility, with a mix of home and office-based work, allowing for a fulfilling work-life balance.
The ideal candidate
- Solicitor with 1 to 6 years PQE, ideally from a large regional or national firm.
- Proven commercial property experience, with strong technical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent client care abilities with a focus on relationship building.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong ties to the West Yorkshire region ideally.
