Commercial Property Solicitor

Commercial Property Fee Earner | Lincoln | Hybrid working |

Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor in Lincoln looking for a role where you can work on a genuinely varied caseload, including development and strategic land work, rather than being focused solely on routine transactions?

I’m working with an established Lincolnshire law firm that is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technically interesting property work, wants exposure to development matters and is looking for a firm where they can build strong, long-term client relationships.

About the Firm

This is a well-established, independent law firm with a strong reputation across Lincolnshire and a broad commercial client base.

The firm provides a comprehensive range of legal services and has an established Commercial Property offering, advising clients on matters including commercial acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development land and commercial leases.

The team takes a practical and commercially minded approach, with the opportunity to work closely with clients and become a trusted adviser rather than simply dealing with transactions at arm's length.

About the Role

You will handle a varied Commercial Property caseload, with a particular focus on options, conditional contracts and development work, alongside commercial landlord and tenant matters.

Your work is likely to include:

  • Options and conditional contracts
  • Development and strategic land matters
  • Acquisition and disposal of commercial property
  • Commercial leases and landlord & tenant work
  • Development-related transactions
  • Advising clients throughout the lifecycle of their property matters
  • Managing your own caseload and client relationships

This is a role that would suit someone who enjoys the more interesting and complex side of Commercial Property and wants to develop their experience in property development and land transactions.

About You

You will be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid experience across commercial property transactions.

Ideally, you will have experience of options, conditional contracts and/or development work, alongside a good grounding in commercial leases and general commercial property.

You will be commercially minded, confident dealing directly with clients and comfortable managing your own caseload. Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys getting stuck into interesting property work and wants to be part of a supportive, established team.
