About the role
Joining their strong Real Estate team, you will advise on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, investment work and property finance.
You will work alongside industry experts across their northern offices, participating in and, where appropriate, leading on high-value and complex transactions.
Your responsibilities will include managing instructions from inception to completion, building trusted client relationships and supporting the wider team, including through the supervision and development of colleagues.
This is a practice that genuinely values activities beyond billable work and actively adjusts expectations to accommodate the role you are fulfilling.

The ideal candidate

Minimum of 4 years' PQE, with solid transactional real estate experience

Experience acting for quality clients at a high level
