The role
Working in one of the largest Commercial Property teams in the East Midlands, the successful candidate will handle a varied caseload that includes freehold and leasehold acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, and transactional work such as secured lending and property development. The role offers exposure to a prestigious client base, including local businesses and property investors, with opportunities to develop your own client relationships and contribute to the team’s ongoing success.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with around 3 to 5 years of PQE. You will have strong experience in commercial property, with knowledge of transactional matters such as sales, purchases, secured lending, and property development. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage a diverse workload efficiently, and a proactive approach to business development are equally important. You should be committed to building lasting client relationships and contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
