The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on a broad range of commercial property transactions
- Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and property management work
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property documentation
- Advising businesses, investors, landlords, and tenants on property-related matters
- Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the Commercial Property team

Key Responsibilities
- Running your own commercial property caseload independently
- Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant matters
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and associated legal documentation
- Reviewing title documents, searches, and property reports
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties
- Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Delivering exceptional client service and commercially focused advice
About You
The ideal candidate will be experienced, commercially aware, and client-focused. You will have:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong experience managing a commercial property caseload independently
- Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions
- Strong technical knowledge of property law and transactional processes
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters effectively while meeting deadlines
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- A desire to develop your career within a modern and growing firm
