This is a chance to join a leading international firm's Commercial Contracts team, advising major global organisations, financial institutions and technology businesses on complex technology, outsourcing and AI-related matters.

The role
You'll be joining an established Commercial Contracts team in Birmingham, advising clients on a broad range of technology and outsourcing agreements.
The work includes drafting and negotiating IT and outsourcing contracts, advising on AI-related projects, supporting on the technology aspects of corporate transactions and advising on technology regulation, particularly within the financial services sector.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the wider Commercial, IP and Data Privacy teams, giving you exposure to complex, cross-disciplinary matters and a diverse client base.
There will also be opportunities to build client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and develop your profile through seminars and thought leadership.

- 1–3 years' PQE with experience in commercial contracts and technology agreements
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Experience advising on IT, technology or outsourcing contracts
- Interest in emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence
