The successful candidate will handle a variety of commercial technology transactions, providing strategic advice to a solid client base. The role offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement, with a preference for mostly home working to support work-life balance. You will be managing your own caseload and working closely with the team to deliver top-tier legal services on interesting and complex matters.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial law, particularly within the technology sector
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong commercial awareness with a proactive approach
- Experience in handling a broad range of technology-related contracts and transactions
