About the role
- Joining a small but settled team, you will work across a broad range of commercial areas, supporting the growth of the business
- Key Responsibilities: Providing legal support on commercial contracts, negotiations, compliance, IP, and other business legal matters
- Specific sector experience isn't required; however, the willingness to learn about the sector and possibly new areas of law is
The ideal candidate
- Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years’ relevant experience, particularly in commercial law, but they will also consider corporate lawyers.
- Proven ability to manage contracts, negotiations, and advise on commercial matters including IP and data protection independently.
- Willingness to get involved in, or manage, wider areas such as regulatory matters
- Strong communication skills and a pragmatic approach to legal challenges.
- A proactive team player committed to delivering high-quality legal advice.
