The successful candidate will join a renowned Commercial Technology team, working on a diverse portfolio of technology and outsourcing contracts, including AI-related projects. Your responsibilities will include advising major clients on technology agreements, navigating regulatory requirements—particularly within the financial services sector—and supporting on broader corporate transactions involving innovative tech solutions. The Ideal Applicant 

We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented commercial lawyer with proven experience in commercial contracts work. Ideally you will have had some exposure to Tech / IT and outsourcing contracts, but this is not a prerequisite and commercial lawyers who have a keen interest in progressing their career in this ever evolving area will of course be considered.
