Throughout your role as a Construction Solicitor, your duties may include:
- Drafting amendments
- Advising on construction obligations in property documents
- Reviewing or drafting contracts and warranties
- Bespoke drafting of purchase orders and agreements
- Legal research and assisting with the wider team
The candidate will ideally have 0-5 years PQE, is highly organised, can prioritise their own time well, is an excellent team player and has a keen attention for detail. This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ or experienced solicitor who is looking to establish themselves within a well-regarded legal practice, for the long-term.
