The Role
As a Construction Solicitor, you will:
- Manage a broad caseload of construction law matters
- Advise clients on a range of construction and engineering projects
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts and project documentation
- Handle transactional and contractual construction work from inception to completion
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Work closely with colleagues across wider commercial and real estate teams
About You
To be considered for this Construction Solicitor role, you will ideally have:
- Qualified Solicitor status with a current practising certificate
- Previous experience within construction law
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- The ability to manage your own caseload efficiently
- Excellent client care and communication abilities
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
