This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing international professional services business as it establishes its new Leeds hub. Backed by private equity and with ambitious expansion plans, the business continues to grow through a combination of organic success and strategic acquisitions, creating a brand-new Contracts Manager role as part of the evolution of its global legal function.
Working as part of a collaborative Legal, Compliance & Risk team, you'll take the lead on negotiating and managing a broad range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, terms and conditions, supplier agreements and partnership arrangements. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, supporting new client engagements and advising on contractual matters within a regulated client environment. It's a role offering genuine autonomy, excellent exposure and the chance to make a real impact in a business that's constantly evolving.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience negotiating commercial contracts on a day-to-day basis, whether as a Contracts Manager, Commercial Paralegal or in a similar role. You'll be confident working independently, have excellent commercial awareness and enjoy building relationships across a fast-paced international business. Experience within professional or financial services would be beneficial but is by no means essential.
