Residential Property Conveyancer

I’m currently working with a well-established and highly regarded Yorkshire law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join its growing team in Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and outstanding client care across the region.
The residential conveyancing team handles a broad range of property matters and has built strong relationships with private clients, estate agents, intermediaries, and lenders nationwide. The firm is also accredited under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Registered and unregistered land
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Shared ownership matters
This is a busy and varied role offering high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from:
- Solicitors
- Licensed Conveyancers
- CILEX professionals
- Experienced non-qualified conveyancers
The firm is open on qualification route provided candidates can demonstrate solid experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience handling a full caseload of residential property matters
- Strong technical knowledge across domestic conveyancing
- Experience using case management systems, ideally P4W
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
