An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Residential Conveyancer to join a growing and well-established Residential Property team in Kettering.
Applications are welcomed from both qualified and non-qualified candidates, including experienced Conveyancing Paralegals looking to take the next step into a more senior fee-earning position.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and expanding team handling a broad range of quality residential property matters.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload including:
- Sales and purchases
- Leasehold transactions
- New build matters
- Re-mortgages
- Equity release
- Transfers of equity
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a busy residential conveyancing team
- Confidence managing files with minimal supervision
- Strong client care and relationship management skills
- Experience using case management systems
- Excellent organisational and compliance skills
- A proactive and committed approach
