About the Firm
Sacco Mann is recruiting for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing property firm with a modern and supportive approach to conveyancing. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking to move away from the high-volume factory-style environment often associated with residential property roles.
The firm places a genuine focus on quality over quantity, with capped caseloads and additional support provided when files exceed manageable levels. The Role
This role will involve handling a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including carrying out title checks and managing transactions independently.
The successful candidate will deal with a broad range of residential property matters including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Transfers of equity
-
Re-mortgages
-
Title investigations and reporting
-
Client and third-party liaison throughout transactions
The firm is keen to recruit someone confident managing files autonomously while maintaining strong client care and attention to detail.
Candidate Requirements

A minimum of 5 years’ experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload

Experience managing files from start to finish independently

Strong title checking experience
