About the role
This Conveyancer role offers the chance to manage a diverse caseload, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership. Following comprehensive onboarding and training, you'll work closely within a team that champions quality client service. The role combines the responsibilities of handling sales from instruction to completion, maintaining excellent communication with clients and third parties, and managing files in compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll also benefit from a structured bonus scheme.
The ideal candidate
- At least 2 years of Conveyancing experience managing your own caseload
- Solicitor or licensed conveyancer qualification
- Passion for delivering excellent client care and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and organisational ability
- Comfortable working within a busy, target-driven environment
