About the role
Based in Doncaster, this full-time role as a Residential Property Conveyancer involves managing a busy caseload of sale and purchase transactions from initial instructions through to completion. You will handle both freehold and leasehold matters, working with minimal supervision while building and maintaining strong client relationships within the local area. The position offers an opportunity to work within a highly regarded firm committed to excellence, where your expertise will make a tangible difference. You will also have delegated supervisory responsibilities, contributing to team development and continuous improvement.
About you
The ideal candidate will have at least four years’ experience in residential conveyancing, with sound technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to explain complex legal matters clearly and effectively. A proactive and flexible attitude, along with the ability to prioritise tasks and work accurately under pressure, is essential.
