Sacco Mann are working with a fantastic, leading law firm who are looking to add a Residential Conveyancer to join their well-established team in Northampton.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and client-focused Conveyancer to join a friendly and highly experienced Residential Conveyancing team with an outstanding reputation in the market.

You will manage your own portfolio of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, working within a supportive environment that values high-quality client care and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Advising clients on legal aspects of property transactions
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties
  • Undertaking searches with Local Authorities, Land Registry, and other relevant bodies
  • Arranging transfer of funds on completion
  • Reporting to clients and ensuring excellent levels of customer service throughout

About You

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and ready to make an impact. You will have:

  • Experience managing residential conveyancing matters independently
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, property law, and AML processes
  • Experience and/or knowledge of mortgages, transfers of equity, buy-to-let, new build, and leasehold properties
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work well within a team
  • A friendly and approachable manner with a strong work ethic
