About the role

  • Full-time position within the firms Residential Conveyancing department 
  • Supporting the team through tasks such as correspondence typing, file management, and appointment scheduling
  • Progressing files to completion, including exchanging contracts and liaising with clients and third parties
  • Utilising systems such as Land Registry, LMS, and Lender Exchange to update case progress
  • Administrative responsibilities, including document preparation, data entry, and general departmental support

The ideal candidate

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a law firm or similar environment, particularly in conveyancing or legal administrative roles
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in handling multiple priorities under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Strong team player with the ability to influence and coordinate workload effectively
  • Good educational background and attention to detail
