About the role
- Position: Permanent Conveyancing Assistant
- Practice Area: Residential Conveyancing / New Build Sales
- Location: Morley, with hybrid working (1 day per week after probation)
- Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

This role involves assisting with residential conveyancing transactions, particularly new build sales, ensuring smooth progression from instruction through to completion. You will work closely with fee earners, gaining valuable experience in a busy property practice, supported by a friendly and professional team.
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant in residential conveyancing
- Good understanding of conveyancing processes, ideally with exposure to new build sales
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Motivated to develop and progress within a legal environment
- Professional, proactive, and client-focused attitude
