Our client, a well-established private practice in Harrogate, is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to join its residential property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting fee earners throughout the full residential conveyancing process who is keen to join a frim where they can progress into a fee-earning role.
You will work closely alongside an experienced Partner who will provide hands-on training, guidance and mentoring, helping you develop the skills and confidence to manage your own caseload in the future.
About the Role
You will support residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, assisting with file management, client correspondence and liaison with clients, estate agents and solicitors.

About you
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal within residential conveyancing is essential
- Experience supporting fee earners throughout the full residential conveyancing process
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- A proactive attitude and a genuine ambition to progress into a fee-earning role.
