About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the residential property team by managing caseloads from instruction to completion. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting all aspects of transaction management
- Preparing and managing client files for completion
- Handling legal exchanges and post-completion processes
- Communicating effectively with clients, agents, brokers, and solicitors
- Utilising case management systems and client apps to deliver seamless service
- Providing regular updates and advice with a proactive, positive attitude

- Experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, qualified or non-qualified
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
