About the role
This is a leadership position for an experienced conveyancer to oversee a busy residential conveyancing team. You will manage a varied caseload including sales, purchases, Help to Buy, re-mortgages, new builds, lease extensions, and buy-to-let transactions. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the department’s growth by developing client relationships and building new business avenues, working closely with agents, brokers, and referrers.
The ideal candidate
- Qualified solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with significang residential conveyancing experience
- Proven track record in residential conveyancing, managing both freehold and leasehold transactions
- Strong client care skills and ability to maintain high service standards
- Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Desirable: experience in commercial work (not essential)
