About the role
This senior conveyancing position involves managing an expanding caseload covering:
- Sales and purchases, including leasehold and new-build properties
- Re-mortgages and equity releases
- Transfers of equity
You will oversee case progression, maintain high standards of compliance, and contribute to business development initiatives. You will also be responsible for the supervision of a small team.

- Proven experience in residential conveyancing within a busy team environment
- Strong relationship management and business development skills
- IT literate with knowledge of case management systems
