Chartered Legal Executive | York | Hybrid
We are working with a well-established legal practice in York who is looking to recruit a Chartered Legal Executive to join their supportive Corporate and Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a CILEx with corporate and commercial experience who is looking to develop their career within a varied and interesting role with excellent quality of work and a very mixed client base.
The work will cover a broad range of matters, including:-
- Company sales and acquisitions
- Company formations
- Partnerships
- Shareholder Agreements
- Commercial contracts
- Intellectual property
You will work with a diverse client base, ranging from individuals and start-up businesses to SMEs, charities, trusts and larger organisations.
Working as part of a team of four within a larger department of seven who are really supportive, family-friendly and take your career progression seriously.
