About the role
This opportunity is for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, capable of managing a diverse caseload effectively. You will work on an array of corporate transactions, including:
- Company acquisitions and disposals (including management buy-outs)
- Company re-organisation and mergers
- Shareholders and commercial agreements
- Joint venture & consultancy agreements
- Negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts
