About the role
As the Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will be instrumental in handling a broad spectrum of legal activities, including:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Advising on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues
- Supporting mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions
- Providing legal guidance on IT law matters such as data protection and cybersecurity
- Collaborating across departments to identify and mitigate legal risks
- Developing internal policies to enhance legal compliance
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with ideally 3 years+ PQE with hands-on experience in commercial law, ideally with some exposure to corporate legal matters.

- Strong negotiation and drafting skills
Attention to detail with excellent organisational abilities
