This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to work on a diverse range of matters, focused on advising mid-market corporate clients throughout the UK and with an international presence. The firm provides legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, sales, and investments and is led by a Managing Director and Legal Director with a combined c.40 years Corporate Law experience within reputable top 50 law firms.
The Role
The successful candidate will assist solicitors with case management, drafting documents, conducting legal research, and facilitating client communications.
