An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner to join a highly regarded national law firm as part of its continued growth strategy in Manchester.
This role offers the opportunity to take a leading position within an established and successful corporate practice, working alongside an experienced senior partner and benefiting from the support of a well-resourced national team.
The Opportunity
The corporate team advises a broad range of clients, from owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs to national and international organisations, across a wide variety of corporate transactions including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Private Equity and Equity Funding
- Joint Ventures
- Corporate Restructuring
- Corporate Finance Transactions
- General Corporate Advisory Matters
The successful individual will play a key role in the continued growth of the Manchester offering, helping to develop client relationships, drive business development initiatives and strengthen the firm's presence across the region.
Whilst an existing client following would be welcomed, it is not essential. The firm is keen to speak with individuals who have strong market credibility, commercial awareness and the ambition to build and develop a practice with the support of an established platform.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Corporate Solicitors with at least 6 years' PQE who are currently operating at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level and can demonstrate:
- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of corporate transactions
- Experience managing deals with minimal supervision
- A genuine interest in business development and networking
- Leadership capabilities and experience supervising junior lawyers
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach
- The desire to play a key role in the growth of a successful regional and national practice
