Having built highly successful offices across its other locations, the firm is now investing heavily in the continued growth of its Manchester office and is seeking a Corporate Partner to play a key role in that journey.

The Opportunity
Joining at an exciting stage of the firm's growth, you'll lead on a broad range of high-quality corporate matters while helping to develop and expand the Manchester Corporate team.
You'll advise a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, investors and larger national organisations on matters including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Business Sales and Acquisitions
- Management Buyouts and Buy-ins
- Private Equity and Venture Capital Investments
- Shareholder Agreements
- Corporate Restructuring
- Joint Ventures
- General Corporate Advisory
With an established network of offices generating significant cross-referral opportunities, you'll be supported by successful Commercial, Employment, Real Estate, Banking and Private Client teams, providing an excellent platform to continue growing your practice.

About You
You'll be an experienced Corporate Solicitor, Legal Director or Partner with:
- Extensive experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions.
- A strong reputation within the Manchester and wider North West market.
- Excellent relationship-building and business development skills.
- A commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach.
- A client following, or a credible business plan demonstrating your ability to build one.
