We are currently assisting our client in recruiting a Corporate Senior Associate/Associate Director for their Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor seeking to step into a role that offers both strategic influence and career progression within a well-established team.
The Role
The successful candidate will bring their corporate expertise to a dynamic team in Manchester, taking on a key role in managing a diverse range of corporate transactions. They will be expected to provide high-quality legal advice, develop client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of the firm’s corporate division. This position offers a fantastic platform for an ambitious lawyer to grow within a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied workload of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings
- Providing strategic legal advice to clients across different sectors
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting the development of the department
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster ongoing trust and business growth
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal procedures
What They're Looking For
- Qualified solicitor with 5-8 years PQE in corporate law
- Strong experience in handling corporate transactions and advisory work
- Demonstrable track record of managing client relationships
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
